Authentic, nice and high quality 2.5 lb. and 1 5/8" long Asaphiscus wheeleri fossil trilobite molt on an approximate 4" tall x 5.25" x 1.25" deep cut shale to stand on its own. Remnants of the free cheeks can also be seen below the trilobite molt. These cheeks are detached during the molting process.
