Shipping policy

When will I receive my order?

Orders are shipped from Utah, USA within 2-4 business days after order confirmation. At this time you will receive a shipping confirmation email.  

Shipping within the United States typically takes 5 to 10 business days after the package has been shipped to be delivered to your requested location. International delivery could range anywhere from 14 to 30 days, depending on which country and your local carriers that deliver there. 

On rare occasions, due to various factors outside of our control (customs delays, postal delays, weather, accidents, pandemics, etc.), shipping times can vary. For this reason, we can not guarantee a delivery date, especially for packages shipped internationally. That said the vast majority of shipments arrive within 99%+ of the estimated delivery window for domestic shipping and 95%+ of the estimated delivery window for international orders.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages; however, we will do what we can to assist you on the rare occasion this might happen.

 

Carriers we use

We ship using USPS and UPS as our shipping carriers.

 

Order Tracking

If a tracking # is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that some orders using 1st Class USPS mail will not have tracking numbers.

 

Shipping Rates

The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your product and your location. Before the final checkout page you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide your shipping costs are too high.  However, do contact us directly so we can work together to find a lower cost. Sometimes the size of the box matters. If purchasing several items, we've found that placing more small items into a box with a larger item gives the customer a better value for their purchase. 

All international customers are required to pay their country's customs rates, fees or taxes upon delivery. The Bug House is not responsible for these related charges.
